One night's rent required as a deposit with reservation. Deposit will be applied to the last night of the reservation. Reservations are considered as commitments for the full-period requested.

Deposits are considered security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. Notice of cancellation is 7 days, prior to the date of arrival, unless otherwise stated at the time your reservation is taken. Deposits made by money order or a personal check received two (2) weeks prior to arrival date can guarantee your reservation. Balance due on arrival, in the form of cash, traveler's checks or most major credit cards.
